Modeling of Sustainable Supply Chain 2.0. (Framework)

摘要

The fourth chapter brings together the knowledge from the previous chapters to form the basis for building the SSC 2.0 model, including highlighting the role of individual stakeholders in developing the new strategy—referring to the context of ESG and financial markets, and other organizations that are highly relevant to the operation of innovative business strategies. To date, such an approach has not been described in the literature. This chapter reflects the results of the empirical research with a descriptive research approach using qualitative and quantitative methodology confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and by using structural equation modeling (SEM), a relationship between the resilience and the sustainable supply chains will be evaluated. This study provides insights for managers on better understanding sustainable supply chains, the relationships and dependencies, which occur between them and show how to build resilience strategy into sustainable supply chain. It was not forgotten the challenges, were drawed conclusions and implementing them into the chapter, regarding the need to construct sustainable and resilient chains. Also added are the lessons and experience observed during the considering the experience gained during the Covid 19 pandemic and the still ongoing war in Ukraine. The chapter will conclude with a model (framework) of a new supply chain structure, namely SSC 2.0.
