Streamlining Student Support: Enhancing Administrative Assistance and Interaction Through a Chatbot Solution

As part of our research, we conducted a systematic literature review on the implementation of a chatbot for assisting and interacting with students regarding their administrative inquiries. Our review encompassed a wide range of relevant articles, studies, and academic research to gather a comprehensive understanding of the topic. We examined the benefits and challenges of integrating a chatbot solution in educational institutions to streamline administrative processes and provide timely support to students. Additionally, we analyzed the effectiveness of chatbots in addressing common administrative questions, such as enrollment procedures, fee payments, and academic deadlines. Through this systematic review, we were able to identify trends, lacunae in the literature, and prospective domains for future research in optimizing the use of chatbots to enhance student services and facilitate administrative interactions.
