Optimizing Processes in Digital Supply Chain Management Through Artificial Intelligence: A Systematic Literature Review

Digital supply chain management practices have a significant impact on the success of contemporary businesses. With the advancement of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI), the application of AI-based solutions to improve these processes has assumed growing significance. In recognition of the importance of digital supply chain management based on AI, a thorough literature analysis was conducted to examine the benefits and challenges of doing so. This review intended to provide a full overview of the current state of research by highlighting the potential advantages of adding AI into supply chain management operations, such as greater forecasting accuracy, increased operational efficiency, and better decision-making skills. The assessment also made clear the hurdles and problems related to the use of AI in supply chain management, including change management, integration concerns, and data quality.
