Foundations of Internet Technology and Human-Machine Applications

In the fifth chapter, the basics of the Internet and their impact on the digital business architecture are presented. Building on this, the client-server principle, web development, and the most important internet services are explained in more detail. In addition, the development of the human–machine interface is described and explained using the HMI model of human–machine interaction. Chapter 5 concludes with a description of the success factors of human–machine interaction.
