Blockchain: A Structural Topic Modelling Approach

The emergence of blockchain technology has garnered significant attention due to its potential to transform various industries. We examined 2360 articles available in Scopus database using structural topic modelling to summarize the academic advancements in the field of blockchain. To effectively organize the literature and identify potential areas for future research, we leveraged Gartner’s Datatopia model. The results of the study identify four dimensions in which the field of block chain can evolve which will help practitioners and academicians in understanding the future of blockchain applications.
