Time Control
摘要
The use of time is central to ministerial life. Most former ministers interviewed in the Institute for Government archive refer to time management as a critical factor. Ministerial use of time, and the capacity of the Whitehall system to fill it, has been a subject of political and academic commentary since at least the publication of Crossman’s diaries fifty years ago.
