The Political is Personal
摘要
Over the course of this volume, we have considered in passing the ways in which ministerial leadership operates, and how that is different from leadership roles in other spheres. We have considered structural factors which underpin the ministerial position in the UK’s different executives, including the authority derived from election, appointment, and ratification. We have discussed the authority of their position in the state, operating in the context of inherited traditions about ministerial roles.
