Factors Affecting Brand Switching Behaviour in the Palestinian Telecommunications Industry in the Gaza Strip

This study examines the factors that influence brand switching behavior by focusing on the Palestinian telecommunications market in the Gaza Strip. concentrating on network quality and reliability, pricing and value for money, customer service and support, and brand reputation and trust. 314 individuals' data were collected, and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze it. The findings indicated that brand switching behavior in the Palestinian telecoms sector in the Gaza Strip was influenced by factors such as network quality and reliability, pricing and value for money, customer service and support, and brand reputation and trust. The knowledge gained from this study is anticipated to help telecoms businesses improve their services and customer engagement initiatives while also advancing knowledge of consumer behavior in a particular socioeconomic setting.
