  • Samer Yaghi

摘要

Within the changing environment of the hospitality business, this study explores the complex link between brand reputation and consumers’ willingness to pay a premium price. This study looks closely at how customers’ views of value, trust, and quality are affected by a hospitality brand's reputation and how this affects their willingness to pay more for premium experiences. This research tries to identify the processes that lead customers to willingly spend on high-priced services in the context of hospitality by examining the various dimensions of brand reputation and their cascade impacts on consumer behavior. A questionnaire was developed using the descriptive-analytical method to collect data from a small, random sample of Gazan people in Palestine. A fundamental regression analysis assessed the data collected from 286 participants. The findings indicated that the brand reputation significantly impacted the willingness of Palestinian customers to pay a premium price. The insights from this research contribute to our comprehension of how brand reputation within the hospitality industry shapes customer preferences and purchasing decisions. This knowledge strategically impacts brand management and pricing tactics in this cutthroat market.
