Auricular Reconstruction
摘要
The undulating complex three-dimensional shape and position of the pinna can be easily distorted by surgical interventions. The relevant anatomy is highlighted, and its relevance in the reconstruction of defects in the different parts is described. The most appropriate reconstructive options for defects of various sizes, shapes and depth in the different sites are described in detail with the help of excellent step-by-step colour diagrams and photographs of clinical cases. A helpful algorithm of reconstructive options is included at the end of the chapter.
