Neck Defects
摘要
The thickness and mobility of the skin vary with age and body habitus and overly many important structures. The relevant anatomy and the orientation of the RSTLs are highlighted, and their relevance in the reconstruction of defects in the different subunits is described. The most appropriate reconstructive options for defects of various sizes and shapes in the different subunits of the neck are described in detail with the help of excellent step-by-step colour diagrams and photographs of clinical cases. A helpful algorithm of reconstructive options is included at the end of the chapter.
