摘要

Diagnosing the drivelines of stationary industrial machines and heavy vehicles is a complicated scientific and technical task. Based on a simple dynamical model of a driveline with two inertial bodies (motor and working tool) and non-linear stiffness of connecting coupling with clearance, an important parameter is analyzed—the peak elastic torque, which is presented as the stochastic output of the dynamical model. The open part of the clearance, which greatly influences the peak elastic torque in changing working conditions, is necessary to consider as a random system parameter. The probabilistic approach and statistical analysis of the modelling data are implemented, and mathematical relations are obtained for the calculation of peak torque distribution by the input load statistical parameters. The trivial approach known for linear system statistical distribution transformation is not applicable to non-linear dynamical systems. Based on the analysis of output statistical parameters, a novel method for clearance diagnostics in the drivelines of mining and metallurgical machines is presented.
