Machine Vision-Based Measurement of Tooth Height and Number of Circular Saw Blades
摘要
In order to solve the circular saw blade tooth height, tooth number detection is too dependent on manual, and detection of inefficient problems, the image outline is extracted by the minimum circumscribed circle method, the internal hole of the image is filled by the flood fill method, and the maximum inscribed circle of the circular saw blade is extracted by special traversal from the outside to the inside, and the height of the saw teeth is measured. The alias features are extracted by making a mask, the image morphology operation is used to segment the tooth height, and the number of tooth height is detected by the connected domain method. Experiments show that the detection method has the advantages of high measurement accuracy and fast detection speed and has a wide application prospect in the measurement of geometric parameters of circular saw blades.
