摘要

In the working state of the aero engine, it is very important to accurately monitor the vibration characteristics of the rotor blades to obtain their operating status, aiming to avoid serious failures such as the fatigue fracture of blades and rub-impact between blades and casing and ensure the overall safety of the engine. At present, the non-contact blade vibration measurement technology based on blade tip timing (BTT) technology is the most promising tool among all measurement schemes. This paper summarizes the advantages of the BTT technique and explains the working principle of each part of the system. The historical development process of the BTT, the current research progress, and cutting-edge achievements of non-contact blade vibration measurement and vibration signal processing based on the BTT technology are comprehensively analyzed. The intelligent monitoring technology and the estimation of stress and strain fields of integral blades are also covered. Finally, the existing technical problems are discussed, and the future development trend of this technology prospects.
