摘要

Improper installation and shaft bending will lead to misalignment of the bearing inner raceway, so it is of great significance to describe the dynamic behaviors realistically. Based on Gupta's model, a complex model of double-row cylindrical roller bearing considering the inner race misaligned is established. In this model, the outer race has 2 degrees of freedom, and the inner race and each roller have 4 degrees of freedom. The radial load is taken into consideration, as well as the Hertzian contact force and lubricating traction force between bearing components. The equations of motion are solved by the fourth order Runge–Kutta method. The bearing responses in time domain and frequency domain under radial load are obtained, and the influence laws of different tilt angles on the contact force and the contact force distribution between two rows of rollers and raceways are studied. The research results can provide theoretical support for the experiment of double-row cylindrical roller bearing.
