摘要

Supraventricular arrhythmias, including atrial tachycardia, flutter and fibrillation are common cardiac arrhythmias, and responsible for reduction of patients’ quality of life in long term. The most common treatment is by radiofrequency catheter ablation, where a catheter with electrodes is introduced inside the atria chamber, and in contact with the endocardium wall, deliver a high-power energy, allowing cauterization of predefined group of cells, responsible for triggering and maintenance of the atrial arrhythmias. Either atrial epicardial electrograms, or atria torso surface electrocardiograms, can be estimated through the inverse and forward solutions of the electrocardiography. This study aimed to evaluate the robustness of both forward and inverse solutions, front of different levels of noise, 3D geometry changes due to the respiratory and cardiac cycle, and reduction of number of leads.
