The Urban Territory Energy Balance Spatial Model Application for the Buildings Power Supply Structure Selection Decisions Analysis
摘要
Most of Russian cities are in the regions of a severe climate, thus the cost of energy supply of buildings is significant. The buildings are connected to the heat supply system, natural gas, and electricity supply systems of the city. When constructing new buildings, it is possible to use different types of energy resources to supply the buildings with heat and hot water. The chapter presents the results of the study of the method that allows comparing the ways to use various sources and types of energy supply of buildings according to the criteria of urban area energy balance, for example, the variation value of the total costs of power transmission, transformation, and consumption. The proposed method suggests that calculation of the cost of various types of energy carriers is performed in accordance with the normative techniques. These techniques are approved by the authorities and used in the economic calculation and tariff validation for various types of power supply of the end consumers. The authors propose the solution to assess the ways of power supply of buildings based on an energy balance spatial model. The urban energy balance spatial model is implemented in the geoinformation system environment. The chapter presents the example of the analysis of alternative way of power supply during the construction of the buildings in Ivanovo city and its impact on the urban energy balance. The developed GIS is used in the example.
