Digital Transformation Tools for Sustainable Supply Chains in the Life Cycle Processes
摘要
In this chapter reveals innovative methods and tools for the digital transformation of supply chain processes. A comprehensive methodological approach to the sustainability of complex organizational and technical objects, in particular, transport and logistics terminals (TLT), is considered, based on system engineering and an architectural approach to the process of cost incurrence in conditions of emergency situations. A dynamically changing technological environment involves the development of a program for analyzing risks and critical points of cargo delivery management, which ensures highly efficient integration of TLT processes, a control mechanism based on digital technologies. A systemic basis is created for fast reconfiguration of processes in conditions of failure situations. Life Cycle Models (LC) form the backbone of next-generation integrated supply chains powered by smart technologies such as Big Data, Block Chain, Internet of Things, Cloud Services, Mobileapps, Artificial Intelligence, RFID, 3D Printing, Industry 4.0 (Robotics), Omni-Channel Logistics and process principles. The creation of digital platforms and ecosystems is considered as a traditional tool of digital transformation, which allows to systematically solve a number of tasks related to the functions of transportation and delivery of goods for a unified risk management strategy, as well as for the formation of supply chains of smart cities. With the help of digital life cycle modules, linked to the identification, assessment and monitoring of risks, interaction between all technological and logistic processes is ensured. Everything is ready for smarter, faster, safer supply chains.
