Digital Administration in the Improvement of Information Quality Processes in Teachers. Case, Local Educational Management Unit in Peru

摘要

This research presents the objective of proposing digital administration in the improvement of information quality processes in teachers. Case, Unit of Local Educational Management Peru. The research presents a quantitative, non-experimental and purposeful approach, supported by validated instruments. The information collected by the collaborators who work in the local educational management unit in Peru was analyzed. This research is based on the theories of information quality and digital government. Likewise, the instrument that measured the Digital Administration and Information Quality variables obtained a reliable value with Cronbach's Alpha. The most relevant results show that the intrinsic dimension obtained a low level of 38.2% and a medium level of 41.2%, both indicating that there is no digitized information, nor organized in databases. Likewise, the contextual dimension obtained a medium level of 45.6% and a high level of 35.3%, both indicating that a large percentage of the information is received in digital files of different formats, incomplete, outdated to generate real, reliable and timely reports in the event of any eventuality. -dad. The proposed proposal is based on law 1412 digital government law and the proper use of digital technologies, decentralization, modernization and improvement of public management at the service of the citizen. Finally, the proposal was validated by professional experts in the field.
