Every case presents with certain aspects of treatment that would be considered more challenging than others. Some can be anticipated and planned for whilst others could present during the treatment itself. Certain techniques and strategies can be implemented to lessen the likelihood of being faced with these types of scenarios. This chapter provides the easily adoptable techniques and clinical tips that when used could lead to more optimal results and outcomes.
