Strip Craniectomy Procedures Combined with Helmet Therapy

General considerations according to literature are laid down. Minimally invasive surgery with endoscopic support is demonstrated for sagittal suture synostosis and coronal suture synostosis. The planning for helmet therapy with stereophotography and helmet construction is shown.
