The Security Framework: Determined and AI Impact?

The key idea of the work is that the techno-economic paradigm determines the type of society and the type of security. It is believed that civilization and barbarism are two parallel processes. In addition, it is believed that technology has a broader negative impact on security. Technological (r)evolution impacts security evolution. It further means rise of the new threats and security challenges and consequentially forms of risk prevention and mitigation. Due to the new technological evolutions, it can also affect rise of the new security and arms race but this time in the artificial intelligence arena. Moreover, all of that directly impacts the security of individual, which becomes politically framed concept. Such impacts are comprehensive and include many elements including health, environment, political, economic and community challenges. In addition, AI will have its own impact in the respective context. Paper also returns to the past ideas regarding cooperation of cultures, privacy, protecting others and oneself from one’s own self, as well as developing compassion, conscientiousness and morality. It seems that some ideas from the past creates the framework of the future.
