Investigation of the Thermophysical Properties of Porous Steel Components Made by Selective Laser Melting
摘要
Experimental analyses of the thermal properties of selective laser melted (SLM) components are investigated. In particular, the influence of porosity on the thermal component properties. H13 steel from SLM fabrication is used as the sample material, and the material density is changed by varying the process parameters. The thermal properties are investigated by the hot-disk (HD) method, furthermore, the HD method will be evaluated for functionality for stacked materials. It can be shown that the variation of the component porosity and thus on the component density, has an influence on the thermal properties.
