The H2H process is a customer-centric marketing strategy with a five-step model, emphasizing customer connections, continuous refinement, and personalized experiences. It offers benefits like customer loyalty and increased sales. With the questions for understanding, answers for Operative Marketing: The H2H Process are provided. The answers show that companies can improve the marketing efficiency and provide human-centered marketing services and the same time but need the right mindset to make this happen.
