Management System for Pregnancy Evolution Tracking

In the field of obstetric ultrasound, technological advances have taken leaps and bounds since the beginning of the practice in the late 50’s. This discipline requires academic development and sometimes even certifications, not only for the correct use of the equipment, devices or artifacts by means of how these ultrasound scans are performed, but also to be able to provide accurate results by reading parameters to evaluate possible risk factors during the gestation process of a patient. It is for this reason, and for the increasingly common integration of Information Technologies in different branches of the medical sector, that we can see a lack of implementation of efficient management systems to keep track of the background and evolution of pregnancy on patients, and the respective fetus health.
