Logo-CareerSkills: A Logotherapeutic Intervention for Resilient Career Development in Youth

Logo-CareerSkills is a program derived from the JOBS program (Caplan, Vinokur, Price, & van Ryn, 1989) based on the principles of Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy. This education and coaching intervention program aimed to increase not only the career competencies of individuals but their resilience under all circumstances as well. A well-established quantative and qualitative measure is available. The program’s overall goal is to help each and every participant to achieve an attitude modulation towards being free and responsible.
