VI. Catch-All Reductionism

The quality of some parts of Rosa’s inquiry suffers from a tendency to rely on (over)generalizations, meaning that, in various respects, his argument falls into the trap of what may be labelled catch-all reductionism. This issue is particularly pronounced in cases in which Rosa makes bold claims about the allegedly ubiquitous nature of specific trends and developments in late-modern societies.
