摘要

Ongoing digital transformation plays an important role in any organization. Effective digitalization involves several levels related to technologies, processes, and users. In this regard, the assessment of the digital transformation level is of great importance. The three stages of operational and organizational readiness, as well as business value and their KPIs, are the focus of the article. For this purpose, an algorithm for evaluating digital transformation is proposed. In addition, a multi-criteria model based on KPIs is formulated, which takes into account these three main stages, through which the degree of digital transformation can be determined. A different number of measurable indicators have been identified for each of these stages. Numerical testing of the proposed model was done for a small company by using 9 KPIs for all 3 stages. The obtained results demonstrate the applicability of the proposed modeling approach for evaluating digital transformation.
