Improving of the Electrohydroimpulse Installations Efficiency for Clearing Castings
摘要
This paper focuses on the basic design of the experimental electrohydroimpulse plant for crushing materials and cleaning castings from the core mass. The design and operating parameters affecting the effective contribution of energy during a high-voltage discharge in a liquid are also discussed. It is predicted that the provision of “hard” processing modes is possible by changing the parameters of the discharge circuit of the installations. Special adjustment of the traditional electrical circuit and a joint arrangement of technological and energy blocks with the use of modern switching devices have been provided.
