Mathematical Modeling of Coatings Thermal Spraying Kinematics on Complex-Profile Internal Surfaces of Parts

The article looks at the main technological problems associated with the deposition and mechanical processing of thermal spray coatings. It is noted the problem urgency of ensuring the thermal spray coatings application uniformity on the complex-profile internal surfaces of parts. A model for estimating the thermal spray coating thickness distribution depending on the sprayed material flow kinematics parameters has been developed. The developed model is based on normal and uniform distributions density functions properties. The mathematical model was verified using four thermal spraying kinematic modes combinations variants.
