Blockchain-Based Decentralized Authority for Complex Organizational Structures Management

Collaboration based on data sharing within global networks of autonomous organizations requires complex user and group structures. Decentralized group management provides greater resilience and independence compared to classical approaches with centralized architectures. We propose a blockchain-based solution that ensures consistency of global user and group structures, allowing them to be updated collectively by a set of authorized organizations. The evaluation showed the blockchain-related costs of performing changes to the structures.
