摘要

Processing livestock compost is something new in Pakisjajar Village, Malang Regency. The potential for cattle farming which is quite good in the village is not comparable to the existing livestock manure processing activities. The absence of regulations and education on livestock manure processing to residents has made villagers tend to leave the existing manure alone, and if it has loosened, it is used for fertilizer in the rice fields directly without processing it. This study aims to formulate a management policy as well as educate residents on cow dung waste processing using the penta-helix model by maximizing the five existing stakeholders, namely, academic, business, community, government, and media (ABCGM) with the Triple C (coordination, collaboration, commercial) approach. This section of the analysis shows that strategies among stakeholders are very diverse and mutually influence one another.
