Development of an Agent-Based Optimization Model for the Human Capital Market

The article considers a multi-agent optimization model of human capital markets: education, healthcare, recreation, labor. The agent’s problem of a Firm and a Household are studied considering the State funding. It is shown that the joint equilibrium of human capital markets depends on agents’ predictions of each other’s actions. Proposed micro-economic basis and design of the general equilibrium model with the sector of investment in human capital.
