Hysteroscopy

Hysteroscopy refers to the evaluation of the uterine cavity using endoscopic visualization via the cervix. Hysteroscopic procedures are one of the most common gynecologic surgeries performed. The use of the hysteroscope has evolved to allow for not only the diagnosis of uterine pathology but also for the treatment of many gynecologic conditions.
