Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting
摘要
The primary tenet of infant mental health is that supporting positive relational health within infants’ caregiving contexts is key to healthy child development. This chapter highlights home-based clinical and preventive interventions that support these critical relationships. The strengths and challenges of home visiting practice are discussed. This chapter also focuses on the home visiting workforce, professional development and implementation supports, and workforce well-being.
