摘要

The Internet of Things Health (IoHT) is an emerging network idea that is having a major impact on the healthcare sector. The main concerns associated with IoHT are security and confidentiality because the transmitted health data often contains sensitive information about patients’ health status, and any transmission of false or corrupted data can lead to serious outcomes. Named Data Network (NDN) is a promising architecture for the future Internet, and is ideally suited to the requirements of IoHT environments, particularly in terms of security. In this article, we propose a design for IoHT through NDN architecture to prevent healthcare users from obtaining false or corrupted data. This design enables healthcare users to distinguish between real and fake data to protect patients’ lives if someone tries to inject fake data into the network. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design in preventing users from accessing false data and allowing them to receive only real data.
