Reasons for the Misuse of Daily and Semester Plans by Teachers of English in Zarqa Secondary Schools in Jordan

This study examines the reasons why English language teachers tend to ignore the use of both daily and semester plans. The significance of this study lies in its attempt to identify these causes through experimentation. Then, to be aware of the median account and percentage of each item. The test includes of thirty tasks, and they cover a wide range of topics, including how well a daily and semester plan can be repaired in light of the administration and personality of the teacher. The recent events are connected to how the teacher, administration, educational supervisor, and environment surrounding them interact. This research is limited to English Language teachers in secondary schools in Zarqa governorate / Jordan in 2017/2018. This paper discusses the importance, need, aim, limits of the research. Then, it deals with theoretical introduction, principals and procedures. The research provides results along with their explanation, and it also provides recommendations.
