摘要
Today's fast-paced, unpredictable atmosphere makes work-life balance difficult. Every effective worker needs work-life balance. Flexible work hours and employment enhance work-life balance. Too much time is spent working and not enough with family. Stress at work or home might reduce productivity. Disagreements between employers and workers cause most employee turnover and retention concerns. Staff morale and work-life balance are crucial in healthcare. Management and technology changes make candidate retention difficult. One of the most essential factors in hospital staff happiness and productivity is cleanliness and security. Primary and secondary sources are employed in this investigation. This study was based on online and offline primary and secondary sources, reports, and research.
