Ways in Which TQM, SCM Methods, and Operational Prowess Affect Company Performance

The research investigates the structural link between operational capabilities, Total quality management, supply chain practices, and operational performance. Depending on internal competencies, enterprises may function well. The outcome is essential because it helps managers utilize their internal talents by creating connections with supply chain partners and indicates the need to strengthen these capabilities for expertise. Key partners and internal talents may establish a unique resource base. Competitive advantage requires this resource base. This research shows that TQM mediates supply chain operations capacity and performance. The results support the competence-based, resource-based company and resource advantage hypothesis (related to manufacturing performance). SCM methods let firms use manufacturing capabilities by coordinating with key supply chain participants and using knowledge. The most robust structural equation modelling approach, SEM-PLS, is applied for analysis. The research achieved its goals using survey-based technique. The random sample response rate is 54%, which is greater than the minimum. Supply chain management can retain competitive advantage, the studies show. The research also showed that SCM and operations capacity directly affect business performance.
