A Study on Usage of Selective Health App in Bangalore City During Post Pandemic Period

This paper helps to find out the major factor determines the usage of health app in Bengaluru city. Post Covid period usage of health app has been increased enormously. Reason behind the usage of health apps are cost effective, accessibility at any time, easy to use, easy to track record of patients, door steps sample collection and so on. Present study identify the principle factor responsible for usage of health app based on Perception, benefits and ease of usage. Data has been collected through google form with regular health app users. Results of the analysis stated that perception among health app playing a significant role on usage of health app than other factors.
