A discussion leading up to the Building Owner signing an Authorization-to-Proceed with an HVAC infrastructure opportunity. The focused strategy, to close on the project proposal, by “painting the picture” for the potential Buyer is analogous to an automobile brochure providing the reader with a plan to close on each and every proposal and not leave them without Building Owner decisions.
