Concept Package, Pre-proposal Period

A creative solution to an age-old problem with producing contract drawings and contract specifications that general contractors and construction managers use to estimate project costs and to build by. The IPD Team “broke the mold” to production of documents that maximized information while minimizing documentation to estimate and build by that can only be done in a Team environment. This chapter highlights time management, quality control, and the 8-step EEWO Process Flow Diagram required to produce the concept package and proposal.
