An introduction to the major organizations that represent the design and construction building industry, the five project delivery methods, and to integrated project delivery (IPD) method. A discussion regarding the “culture change” to embrace IPD, the project delivery method by HVAC consultants and HVAC contractors encouraging them to take the lead with projects influencing building utility infrastructure.
