Dynamic Study of Bucket Lifting Mechanism on Heavy Excavators for Pits

  • Gina Diana Muscă

摘要

On mechanical excavators for pits the digging is usually performed by lifting the bucket in the same time with its pushing (pressing) in the ground. Depending on category of the ground to be dig in, the pushing mechanism of bucket handle provides suitable thickness of the furrow. After the bucket is filled in with dug ground, the entire work equipment together with upper platform slew towards unloading point. Besides static forces, dynamic stresses may also frequently come up in mechanisms of excavators with one bucket. These stresses can have various causes. To dynamically study a mechanism, it is necessary to make the elastic system scheme of the mechanism, based on which the behaviour of each element of the system is studied. When making the calculation schemes, for dynamic systems chosen, we considered the constructive scheme and forces group acting on the mechanism. We got complex general schemes for which it is quite difficult to establish dynamic forces and oscillation frequencies. Studying the certain way of mechanism operation, as well as behaviour of the component elements, simplified calculation schemes can be admitted, generally with one or two degrees of freedom, which theoretically can easily be solved.
