Response of the Vibrating System to Discrete Monotonic Change in Voigt-Kelvin Rheological Stiffness

The results of the research on the monotonically increasing change in the stiffness of the Voigt-Kelvin viscoelastic materials correspond to real dynamic regimes in the field of vibration compaction technologies. Thus, the models identified by the Voigt-Kelvin schematization both in the laboratory and in situ regarding foundation soils, concretes or asphalt mixtures highlight the discrete modification of the staged stiffness through appropriate compaction technological processes. In this context, the way to modify the dynamic response to the action of the harmonic excitation force is presented.
