Vibration Analysis of Large Eccentric Press Installed on a Concrete Base—A Case Study
摘要
Production processes sometimes cause production machines to be placed outside the technical norms for the way of isolation and foundation of large impact machines. Modern production requires the acquisition of complex machines after the construction of production halls, and then there are no technical possibilities for their proper foundation, so the question arises whether such machines can function safely in the production process. One such instance occurred at the manufacturing plant placed in city of Niš, where a productive eccentric press with a force of around 2500 kN was purchased for punching and cutting metal parts. This paper provides insight into the procedure for checking the impact of mechanical equipment vibrations in working mode in relation to the base on which it is placed, the safety of the operator, the surrounding equipment and the technological process.
