The Approximate Entropy of Human Knee with Osteoarthritis
摘要
We analyze the knee joint to estimate the flexion and extension motion dynamics for humans with osteoarthritis. The motion is aperiodic. Knee joint angle time series were analyzed and reconstructed with lag and embedding dimensions. The Lorenz maps and the approximate entropy were calculated from experimental data. The osteoarthritis patients have higher values of approximate entropy compared with healthy subjects.
