Measurement and Prediction of Highway Noise—Case Study from Serbia

The paper deals with the assessment of the environmental quality of one urban area near the section of the A4 highway that passes through the city of Niš based on the values of noise indicators determined by computation and measurement. The measurement and computation values of noise indicators were compared for two measurement location near the A4 highway in the residential zone of the city of Niš. The conformity assessment showed that computation results obtained using the computation method CNOSSOS-EU and LimA software are in good agreement with the measurement results for both measurement locations.
