Paradigm Shift in Digital Transformation for Sustainable Growth in Indian Healthcare: A Proposed Theme-Based Exploratory Study

Today’s business environment heavily relies on data, which are helpful for the growth of a business. Manufactures are launching products that are based on customers’ needs and wants. Digital platforms are serving this purpose for both customers and producers, including those in the healthcare industry. Lately, consumers have been more willing to purchase medical products online. Although they encounter challenges in the supply chain, the industry is moving toward more online delivery. To accomplish this, the healthcare industry is increasingly working with new technology. This chapter contains reviews from journal articles, websites, and news articles on topics related to healthcare advancement, and its findings are also based on data obtained from various secondary sources. The study is exploratory and descriptive in nature. An extensive literature review was conducted to support the proposed research objectives, and the results are discussed. The sustainable growth of a country not only lies in providing healthcare facilities but also in reducing the death rate, in this case by increasing the use of digital delivery.
