Radiotherapy continues to play a role in paediatric and TYA tumours. Currently, up to 50% of children receive radiotherapy as part of the multimodality treatment. Target volume delineation for paediatric and TYA tumours is challenging. This chapter summarises the principles of target volume delineation for common paediatric and TYA tumours. It also emphasises the difference in target volume delineation between adults and children.
